Duration

This course consists of 6 weekly classes. As an additional option, an extra 6 casual classes (valid for 8 weeks) can also be purchased. See options below.

Numbers
|
|
This experience entitles one person to participate in our classes. Numbers are limited to 12 people per class. Please book your place in good time (in person, by phone or email) to avoid disappointment.

Availability
|
|
Classes are conducted on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evenings. Courses are usually run continually throughout the year, except on public holidays.
|
|
|
Requirements and restrictions
|
|
We do not advise that anyone who has recently suffered a major illness, has major physical disability or is pregnant to participate in our classes which are devised for people of average to good fitness.
|

What we provide
|
|
All equipment including mats and all props is provided by the Studio.
|
|
|
What to wear / bring
|
|
Comfortable clothing such as leggings, trackpants, yoga pants or shorts and a t-shirt, singlet or leotard. No shoes or socks.

About Studio Cirq
|
|
Studio Cirq is a centrally-located place for classes in yoga, mat Pilates, meditation and Shiatsu treatments. We run classes and courses throughout the week at times suited to people who work and/or live in the city. We also offer private and corporate classes off-site at our client's offices and homes. We take great pride in the high standards of our teaching and the reputation we have earned.
The Studio also runs retreats, specialist workshops, information talks and forums. |

| Getting There |
|
The Studio is on Meyers Place, which runs between Bourke and Lt. Collins Street in the block bordered by Exhibition and Spring. Close to the Spring street tram stops on Collins and Bourke Streets as well as the Parliament Station.
Discount parking is available at Kings Parkade (which is next to Studio Cirq) for entry after 5pm, or at any time on the weekend. Enter the car park from Bourke St or Little Collins St, and bring your ticket to us to be stamped. Parking is $3.50 for unlimited parking. |
