This package is for one person. There is one passenger per car, although others will be riding on the same day.

We operate these experiences on weekends roughly once per month. Please contact us on (03) 9217 8831 to check for dates and availability. Book early (i.e. two weeks or more in advance) to avoid disappointment.

Requirements and restrictions
|
* There are no driving or other requirements for this experience
* You must be able to fit in to our racing suits (we have all sizes up to XXXL)
* You are not required to have a particular level of fitness, although if you have any medical concerns, please advise us so that we may accommodate you.

What we provide

* Full racing attire, including helmet
* Full safety briefing and introduction to Superspeedway racing
* 4 laps as a passenger
* Certificate with photograph autographed by your driver
*Hamburger/sausage sizzle for you and a friend
* Fastrack cap

What you need to bring
|
|
Notes explaining the details of what to bring/wear, etc will be sent to you once you confirm your booking with Fastrack Racing.

|
Weather dependency
|
|
For safety reasons, we do not operate in wet weather conditions. If in doubt about the weather, please telephone (03) 9217 8831 prior to leaving your home (from 7:00 am onwards) on the day of your booking. If we cannot operate on that day, your ride will be rescheduled.

|
|
Spectators
|
Family or friends are welcome. Please note that:
* One spectator can share in the sausage sizzle for free
* Additional people over 6 years of age will be charged $5 if they want to take part in the hamburger / sausage sizzle
* If a group of more than 10 is coming with you and joining in the hamburger/sausage sizzle, please telephone numbers through on (03) 9217 8831 two days prior to your booking to enable us to cater for all
* Your spectators also have the option of being driven around the track at normal highway speeds in a street sedan for $5 per person

About our cars
|
|
All our Auscars are purpose-built superspeedway race cars, with aluminium race seats and approved roll cages. They are specifically set up to run on oval-banked superspeedways like the Thunderdome.
|

Other information
|
|
A DVD of your ride can be ordered on the day. They are available for $79.00, and will be mailed out to you approximately 2-3 weeks after the event.

About Fastrack Racing
|
|
Owned and operated by Australian Superspeedway Champion Marshall J Brewer, Fastrack Racing is the first and only Superspeedway driving school in Australia. Now employing a number of professional race car drivers, we provide race car rides and drives to members of the public and to corporates.
Fastrack's stable of race cars currently includes 5 Monaro AUSCAR race cars, 5 NASCAR race cars and 6 Fastrack V8 Super Challenge race cars - for those whose first love is circuit racing.

| Getting There |
|
| We operate in the Calder Park Raceway, an easy 20 minute drive from the Melbourne CBD along the Calder Freeway, and only 10 minutes from the Melbourne International Airport. Enter the raceway via the main entry off Calder Highway (under the Dunlop Bridge). |
